I / The situation
01

We can't tell planned work from finished work, or produced goods from goods actually in the warehouse.

02

Every order status means chasing updates from three departments.

03

By the time a manager sees a late order, it's already late.

II / What we built
01

One order record for every team

Customer orders carry through planning, production, warehouse receipt, and dispatch, with each stage kept visible.

02

Production planning and tracking

Machine and compatible-mold assignments, material checks, a machine schedule, and partial output entries with remaining quantities.

03

Warehouse and dispatch

Finished-stock allocation, partial receipts, fulfillment checks, and preparing, ready, and dispatched stages on the order.

04

Read-only AI factory assistant

Managers ask which orders need attention or what remains outstanding, and every answer links to the referenced order with an as-of timestamp.

05

Backend rules that can't be bypassed

Conflicting schedules, invalid dates, receipts above production, and early completion are rejected at the server, not just in the interface.

02

17 passing hosted browser tests across the full order-to-dispatch workflow and role restrictions.

03

A deployed, interactive ERP with four role views and a live AI assistant checked against current records.

04

The AI can read and explain factory data but can never change orders, stock, or production.

V / This is for you if
01

Your orders pass through several departments and status lives in people's heads.

02

Managers spend their day chasing updates instead of acting on them.

03

You want AI to explain your operation without giving it control of production.

Book afree call.

One call about one workflow. We talk through the scope, the timeline and the quote, then you decide.
